Top Dog is owner-led craftsmanship in the most literal sense: the person you meet on day one is the person on your job, start to finish.
Nathan's Story
From the first board to the company name.

The company was originally known as Reg Bros Contracting. In 2024 it became Top Dog Custom Builders, a new name for the same commitment: an owner who shows up, does it right and stands behind it.

Stage 01
Consultation
Nathan comes to your home, listens, looks at the space and measures it himself.
Stage 02
Design & Estimate
He drafts the scope and writes your estimate personally, then walks you through every line.
Stage 03
Material Selection
Nathan helps you choose species, finishes, tile and hardware, often with samples in hand.
Stage 04
Build
He's on site throughout, running the work and checking each phase before moving on.
Stage 05
Final Walkthrough
Room by room, detail by detail, with Nathan. The punch list is his responsibility.
Stage 06
Follow-Up
After you've lived with it, Nathan checks in. If something needs attention, you call him directly.

The German Shepherd inside the D isn't decoration. It stands for the way we want to work: loyal to the people we build for, protective of their homes and holding ourselves to the highest standard on every job.
